Mr. Matic, what excites you day after day?

The wide variety of our customers and the trust they place in us. Plus working as part of a large team that spans multiple departments and business units.

How do you make your customers happy?

By putting all of my attention on them. It’s important to understand their challenges and requirements, since in many cases it’s necessary to choose from various possible solutions. To identify the best one, I often talk to different departments at the customer, for example production, facility or property management.

I also seamlessly support them from the initial contact all the way to project completion. They can’t get rid of me until everything is up and running perfectly!

What benefits do you see as a result of increased networking?

Greater efficiency due to improved processes ― like systems that automatically adapt to the customer’s changing needs. Networking lets us forge new, genuinely creative solutions.
