Three brands - one vision.

Due to the acquisition of Protec Fire and Security Group Ltd. by the Bosch Group, the division Bosch Energy and Building Solutions of Robert Bosch BV, Hacousto Protec and Halin CT, in the Netherlands, will merge into one company. In order to operate jointly in the market, we have established a new organization: Bosch Energy and Building Solutions BV. The companies of Hacousto Protec and Halin CT have already been merged into the new entity earlier this year.

With the Bosch and Hacousto Protec trademarks, we want to be the first choice in technologies and services that make buildings and environments safer, more comfortable and more efficient.

With a planned date of April 1, 2023, the division Bosch Energy and Building Solutions will be legally splitted from Robert Bosch BV and incorporated into the new entity, as part of the Bosch Group. As a result of this legal split-off, all rights and obligations of Robert Bosch BV, belonging to the Bosch Energy and Building Solutions division, will be transferred to Bosch Energy and Building Solutions BV. This includes all contract(s) between your organization and our division.

For you as a supplier and/or customer of Robert Bosch BV, the legal split-off requires a number of changes, such as adjusting the new company name Bosch Energy and Building Solutions BV in your system and updating trade register, bank account and VAT numbers. In the table below you find all legal and financial changes.

All other matters, such as contact persons, telephone numbers, service numbers, e-mail boxes, etc. will remain unchanged for the time being. In case something will change, we will inform you accordingly.

The other divisions of Robert Bosch BV, like Bosch PowerTools in Breda and Bosch Automotive Aftermarket in Barneveld will remain part of Robert Bosch BV. If you are also doing business with one of the other divisions of Robert Bosch BV, you'll need to create a new account for Bosch Energy and Building Solutions BV with the new details.
